About the on-line registration process:

First-time users: Be sure to click on "Register Online as a New User" under "First Time Users" after going into the online system, and proceed from there.

Please note that some fields require information in a certain format:
Birthdate: May 15, 1990 must be entered as 05/15/1990

100 yard Free time: must be entered in a digital clock format: 1:05.49, 0:48.90 (note the zero before the colon)

Campers who do not register on-line will have an on-line account account created for them that will allow them to update their inforamtion as needed, and conduct on-line transactions. Account usernames and passwords will be e-mailed, along with a confirmation e-mail from the camp once the registration form and payment is processed.

Campers registering on-line and wishing to register for multiple sessions will need to register for one session at a time. You will be able to add sessions to your cart before checking out.

Registered Users: You may go into your account at anytime using your username and password to make changes as needed (contact info, 100-yard free time updates, e-mail / phone changes, roommate requets, etc.), make payments, add additional services (airport transportation, etc.) and purchase camp gear!
Remember: yo
u are responsible for keeping your contact and camper information current.

Be sure your e-mail address is correct, and that you have enabled any spam/junk e-mail blockers to accept e-mails from longhornswimcamp@athletics.utexas.edu. You will receive confirmation e-mails from the camp. Any future news or updates to the camp will be communicated thru e-mail as well.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING CAMP MERCHANDISE:
Camp merchandise (t-shirts, caps, towels, etc.) may be ordered during registration (either on-line or included on the registration form), added to your account at anytime, or during final payment of camp fees (on-line or paper forms).

Camp merchandise will NOT be available at camp for purchase.

There are NO REFUNDS on camp merchandise after April 11, 2008. Campers who cancel after April 11 will have their merchandise shipped to them starting June 1.

Due to 2008 being an Olympic year, there are a few modifications to our camp schedule - please read carefully:

*FIRST SESSION EXCEPTION: FRIDAY, JUNE 6: Due to the Texas Senior Circuit Championships at the Texas Swimming Center, the Camp will swim from 6-8 A.M. Overnight campers should be ready to be picked up between 9:30-10a.m. at Dobie Center.

*SECOND SESSION EXCEPTION: SUNDAY, JUNE 8: Due to the Texas Senior Circuit Championships at the Texas Swimming Center, the Camp will not swim on Sunday evening, but will watch finals of the meet! This should be a great opportunity to watch some fast swimming!

We apologize for this inconvenience, but this is a last chance meet for swimmers to make Olympic Trial cuts, and Trials qualifiers to race before going to Olympic Trials. Please contact the camp director with any questions.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
If you prefer to register via U.S. mail or fax, there are several forms you need to print, complete and return. Please refer to the chart below for more information. If you are unable to print the forms, please call 512/475-8652 or e-mail longhornswimcamp@athletics.utexas.edu. We can e-mail, fax, or mail the forms to you.

Upon receipt of application and a $150 non-refundable deposit per session (check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Diner's Club) — applicable to the camp fee), a pre-registration packet will be sent in late January / early February confirming your registration. Balance of camp fees are due by a May 1, 2008 postmark. Fees received after May 1 will be charged a $25 late fee. Applications received after May 1 must be submitted with all fees, made payable by cashier’s check, money order or credit card, and are accepted on a space-available basis only. Camp space is available on a first come, first served basis. Camp fees not received by May 17 will forfeit camp space.

DID YOUR SESSION SELL OUT? REQUEST TO BE ON THE WAIT LIST!

You may request to be waitlisted for a session by:

1) Submitting a registration form to the camp. No deposit is required, and the form should not have credit card information on it. Forms may be faxed to 512/475-8739.

2) Mark the session(s) you would like to be waitlisted for. Write "Waitlist" on the form, and how long you would like to remain on the lists.

3) If space becomes available, you will be contacted by E-MAIL to accept or decline the opening. Please be sure to provide an e-mail address that is checked frequently.

4) There is no guarantee that space will become available, or when it will happen.
